CONDITIONS:-
Company has all right to suspend services/modify prices at any point of time, End users must go through terms & condition on regular basis.
Reselling & duplicate of products is offence without permission.
Registered Members:-Customer has to provide personal information like name,email,contact for smooth log in & fast checkout.
CUSTOM,DUTIES&TAXES;-
End users must comply all regulations, taxes, duties of the destination country ,company cannot predict nature of taxes.
Authorized courier partner will collect duties with the customer.
SHIPPING;-
1)Within seven business days of receipt of order product will be shipped to the destination
2)No COD outside India
3)Change of address must be mailed ,courier@bhashabharat.com prior shipping of product from company.
EXCHANGE POLICY:-
1)Products coming under offers, sales, coupons are not eligible for return.
2)Regular products could be returned/exchange within seven days of purchased on exchange@bhashabharat.com
3)Digital images color may vary so no exchange on account of color variations
4)Exchange only if products are unused,unworn/unwashed & with same packing & label intact.
REFUND:-
1)IN case of, out of stock ,amount will be refunded within business day sasap refund @bhashabharat.com
2)Account outside of India will be issued credit note of same value equal to the value of the transactions.As India there is no law regulation of refund.
